Returns


All items purchased but not yet used on shop.agemina.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
All returned items undergo a careful inspection by our warehouse staff. Based on the status of the returned order, we will proceed with the full refund of the returned item. In case of non-compliance with our resolution policy, we will refuse the return and return (in case of request) of the goods to the customer with shipping costs at your expense. Only returns received in our warehouse and within the terms indicated will be accepted.
ATTENTION: If you decide to start the return procedure, always remember that the package containing the return is your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to packaging or delay in delivery of the return. It allows every possible precaution to ensure that the shipment is safe and reliable.

Before returning, make sure you comply with the following rules

1) Even if you are allowed to return within 14 days (order delivery date), please check the status of all your items within 48 hours;
2) Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging with which the order was delivered, must be packed carefully, neatly and must include all the parts associated with it (protective bags, extra buttons, hangers, laces, authenticity labels etc.);
3) We reserve the right to refuse any return sent without the material included at the time of purchase and delivery, without the authenticity label or in case of damaged, dirty or used item;
4) Check that all the original labels are perfectly intact and that they have not been removed from the item, otherwise do not guarantee the refund of the product as it would no longer be salable;
5) The articles can be worn exclusively for the test of the same and never for different purposes;
6) The limescale can only be worn for their test and in a clean environment. The return is accepted only if the original box is returned intact, without marks or abrasions, writings or deformations;
7) All items that have a box (eg shirts, shoes, objects, etc.) CANNOT be used as a single external packaging for shipping;
8) The items cannot be washed, ironed or altered in any way;
9) In case of defective or incorrect goods, our Customer Service reserves the right to ask you to send the photographic material before starting the return procedure;
10) Swimwear and underwear (briefs, boxers) must always be tried on over the underwear. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the hygienic protective strip has been removed or altered.

How to start the return procedure

1) Log in to your reserved area on the shop.agemina.com website and click on my orders;
2) Select the item to be returned and click on "start return";
3) Choose if you wish to receive the credit or a purchase voucher.
